Inspiration.

Simon has always loved playing around with Japanese flavours, and spent 3 seasons working in a pan Asian restaurant in one of Ibiza’s top boutique hotels experimenting with many exotic flavours. It was this combination of sun, sand, flavour, and good times that inspired this beer. A Cali Lager infused with Yuzu – a Japanese Lime. Trust us – you won’t be disappointed!
